Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust Carers Plan - Co-production Workshops

HPFT would like to beginning speaking with carers, staff, service users and other stakeholders about development of its new carers plan for the next three years.

This plan will hopefully set out the priorities for the Trust over this time and show what we will aim to achieve to improve support for carers.

We have workshops planned on 7th, 16th and 29th August from 10am – 12pm in Hatfield.
